Okay…I’m feeling much better since Thursday. I was letting my body recover with some added starches and eating and sleeping a lot. I really want to get back to work, though. The optimization initiative is back on! Starting slowly, though.
Goals for tomorrow: drink lots of water, swap out veggies for white starches and exercise for at least 30 minutes. Great, good. Go team go!
Rach my schedule has been CRAZY but let’s go running/cooking this weekend? I’ll let you know when (if) I have time off…
