This was then followed by:
- Puke, lay down, scrape myself together to drive home
- High-protein tons-of-veggie quinoa salad
- Fell asleep at 8:30 with the dogs on the couch
- Woke up at 10:30, transfered myself to the bed
- Woke up at 6 for work, starving and kind of dehydrated

THIS IS WHAT JUNKFOOD DOES TO ME. I split a dozen goldfish and a tiny cupcake with a student before working out. I can’t handle even the tiniest amounts of junk in my system anymore… it’s crazy….
