It’s taken me about 16 months to lose about 64lbs. I’ve lost closer to 70lbs of fat, but I’ve also put on muscle.
My best month, October 2011, I lost 10lbs. Other months I’ve taken off so my body could adjust to the weight and to give myself a bit of a break.
I probably have about 25lbs more to go (although who knows) so I’m hoping to be to my goal of a fit, toned body by the end of 2012.
