Stopped losing weight…

…so I upped my calories…

…then I stopped counting…

…so I stopped working out…

…so I stopped grocery shopping…

…then I stopped eating regularly…

…so I stopped drinking water…

…so I stopped feeling good.

I didn’t go to work today. Didn’t get anything done. Am overly tired as fuck.

Going to make some type of food-like substance and hit the dog park. I haven’t even really been hiking or adventuring with her. Just dog park and laying around.

Sorry guys v_______v I just needed to put this somewhere because I feel like shit. I knew July would be a really hard month but I didn’t think it’d be this bad. I just have so much on my plate it’s making me miserable…
