GREAT for that stubborn under arm fat. I’m basically posting this because I’m surprised by how any people do not know about this! It’s like curling at a weird angle hahaha
I’m also sharing because I’ve been on my back reading for the past few hours (1491 is an awesome book) and I’ve been curling the hardcover back once every paragraph. Not heavy, but considering my arms are holding up the book while doing this they’re feeling pretty good!
